The Swell Sculpture Festival is held annually in September, transforming Currumbin Beach into an open-air exhibition of inspiring and thought-provoking sculptures. The festival showcases sculptures from local, national, and international artists, which are thoughtfully placed along the beachfront for visitors to enjoy. The sculptures range from large-scale installations to smaller, more intimate works, offering a diverse range of artistic expressions. In addition to viewing the artworks, visitors can participate in workshops, artist talks, and kids’ activities.
